Embodying Our Purpose through Intuitive Movement
Friday: 11:00am - 12:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 10:30am

Intuitive Movement (IM) is an experiential opportunity to invite the fullest embodiment of our sacred purpose. By integrating and balancing energies through moving meditation, we awaken our very cells, biochemistry, and physical presence to align with and inform (“in form”) our expression of Soul purpose and service in the world around us. (Wear comfortable clothing; all levels of movement experience and capability welcomed.)
