Louise Cloutier is a vocalist, composer and voice healer. She has 27 years experience in holistic voice instruction where she combines personal growth and healing work with vocal training. She is a founding member of Vocanet, a networking organization for voice teachers combining conventional vocal pedagogy with holistic healing. Louise wrote her first song when she was seven years old and wrote a musical when she was sixteen. She has written music for dance companies in New York, Chicago, Boston & Montreal. She has her B.A. in voice & composition.

This workshop is based on a fundamental knowing that every woman already has within her a powerful, visionary leader. Louise will help you step into your full potential for expressing your truth with passion and authenticity, so you can make your dreams come true. This highly interactive workshop will include the following:

  1. Centering and Grounding – Learn how to “stand your ground” as you speak.
  2. Focusing and Launching – Clarify your goals and put your intentions out into the world. Learn how to communicate your message with energy and passion.
  3. Witnessing and supporting each other – Open your heart with active listening and sharing with each other.

 

Listening from the Soul
Friday: 3:30pm - 5:00pm
Here is an experiential opportunity to expand and deepen our listening skills as women, so we can hear all the layers of what people are saying. What are they really trying to tell us? What is the hunger under their hunger? What fears / doubts / openness / warmth are they communicating with their body language, speech inflection, the energy of their presence? The more we truly listen to them with respect and open hearts --the more we bear witness to who they really are-- the more we can all bloom to our fullest joy and potential. Listening is a core skill for leaders of either gender, but women particularly lead the way in declaring the importance of listening. It’s all about carrying the message of the world with our full hearts and our commitment to truth.
