Kathleen Rude is an environmentalist, shamanic healer, ceremonial leader and writer who fosters opportunities for connecting to the sacred feminine, women’s spirituality and to the natural world in which we live. Through her shamanic practice, she offers one-on-one healing sessions, as well as classes on shamanic healing. She leads a monthly moon circle for women, conducts intentional drum circles for healing the earth and holds workshops on sustainability and The Work That Reconnects. Kathleen is putting the finishing touches on her first novel.

What keeps you from stepping fully into your power, your passion, your career, your life? How can you manifest the woman you desire to be? In this interactive workshop, you will explore the world of energetic cording and experience how certain types of cords hinder you and others empower you. Often when you feel stuck, drained or powerless, you are being affected by energetic cords to people, beliefs or past situations that hold you back. Even if you have let them go intellectually and emotionally, there can still be energetic connections you need to sever. Likewise, you can support your dreams and aspirations through cording that is affirming.

This workshop will use journey work, similar to guided meditation, and small group interactions to help you identify specific things that hold you back. Through simple ceremony, you will cut the cords that hinder you. Then you will learn ways to nurture and support your vision of the woman and leader you wish to become.
