Faith Curtis coaches women who are interested in defining their own lives after having spent years pleasing and being defined by others. Her coaching groups result in the collaborative discovery of each participant’s gifts and passions, the cultivation of self love, and the subsequent sharing of these passions and gifts with the world. Faith has designed and led many retreats, workshops and presentations since she started her coaching business in 2001. She is trained and certified by the Coaches Training Institute and also certified by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach. Her formal education includes a Master’s in Social Work. In addition to her experience as a Clinical Social Worker, Faith led the human resource department for a medical equipment manufacturer for over 13 years. She is also a Co-Founder of The Anniva Partnership responsible for the creation of The Spirit of Leadership Conferences.

In the face of a very rapidly changing world, it is even more important that we are able to sustain our own strength and compassion. We are the ones needed now more than ever to lead the way for others to gain their equilibrium, to muster their perseverance and to lead from their hearts. In order for us to be those effective leaders, we will focus on four strategies. These four strategies are: being enough; living in trust and love rather than mistrust and fear; removing toxins from your life; and practicing everyday mindfulness. When everything is changing, we want to focus on what does not change – we want to focus on strengthening our inner spiritual and emotional core.
