Global Outreach and Support
Supporting and empowering women around the world is a vital part of The Anniva Partnership's vision and mission. This year's recipient, It Can Be Done!, will receive 10% of all profits from The Spirit of Leadership 2009 Women's Conference.

ICBD is a non-profit educational and charitable organization creating awareness and sustainable solutions for clean water, health, education and economic opportunities in Tanzania, Africa. By providing clean water wells to the impoverished villages of Mt. Kilimanjaro, women and children in particular, experience greatly improved lives. Currently they walk 2 to 5 hours a day on precariously steep trails, carrying water in 5 gallon buckets on their heads. ICBD's clean water program allows children to attend school regularly. Women's workloads are lightened, allowing them greater personal dignity and time to pursue additional means of income. And everyone benefits from radically improved health with the elimination of water related illnesses.
